Guinness Harp, installed
We've done it. The Guinness Harp is officially installed and pouring.
If you know, you know. The Harp uses sound waves instead of a standard tap, giving the pint a tighter, creamier head and a smoother pour all the way down. It's a different way of doing Guinness, and it's a better one.
We're calling it now: the creamiest pint in Daylesford. Cold, smooth, and worth every sip.
We're the only hotel in town pouring from a Guinness Harp. Come in, order one, and tell us we're wrong.

Our famous Pork Belly is back on the menu. Slow-cooked, perfectly crispy, and already selling out on weekends.
